Food Friday: Twice Baked Potatoes

Sunday Kristen & I had baked potatoes.
I made too many.....
So on Monday I made "Twice Baked Potatoes"
Cut your baked potatoes in half.
Scoop out the inside and leave the "shells"
Fry some bacon
Grate about 1 cup of cheese, put half in a bowl with the scooped out potato
Leave the rest for later
Mix the cheese, bacon (including grease) and potatoes well and put in the potato shells
Now sprinkle that leftover shredded cheese on top
Bake at 350 til golden :)
YUM!!
