Food Friday: Jen's Spinach Dip

For some reason I thought I shared this recipe before but I can't find it, so I'll share it today or again.
Jen's Spinach Dip

You will need:
1 pack of frozen spinach - thawed & drained

1 pkg of cream cheese

1 small onion - finely chopped

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

I'm doing this recipe from memory so if anything is wrong, Jen or anyone correct me.
Mix spinach, cream cheese and onion well. 
Microwave 2-3 minutes. 
MIX WELL and add about half of the shredded cheese. 
Microwave again another minute. 
Mix well and throw remaining cheese on top or mix through. Whatever you prefer.
Serve with nachos, crackers or pumpernickle bread. Yummy!!!
