Food Friday: Challenge to you the readers

Well it appears my creative juices are NOT flowing today.
I could do a normal meal plan but it'd be using meal ideas that I've already used.
So without repeating myself and being boring, I'm putting out the challenge to you my readers.
I need 5 volunteers to leave a comment as a meal idea for ONE day.
That means we'll have ideas for Monday through Friday. If more than that comment, even better, we'll be covered for the weekend too!

Well an easy recipe that I make and goes over really well, is this easy Chicken Parmesan recipe. Just boil your chicken, dip it in speghetti sause, sprinkle with parmesan cheese, salt/pepper cover with foil and bake for 30 mins. Then remove foil sprinkle lots more parmesan cheese and I usually add mozzerella too. Shove it back in the oven uncovered until cheese gets melted really good. Viola..simple and yummy. Then I usually cook roasted potato wedges sprinkled with Garlic Plus herbs/spices. Delicious.

A great new salad I've recently tried - Jason liked it too!

Organic baby spinach with fresh mushrooms and crumbled bacon with poppy seed dressing. Yum!
