Remember....

Today my thoughts will be somber. I'll reflect on those soldiers who have died for us. Those who fought and still remain with the horrid memories.

Please at 11am today take time to have a moment of silence in their honour.

Also my thoughts are with the Caines family. My friend and classmate has lossed his father in the battle with cancer. My prayers go out to you and your family that you might find peace during this difficult time.
